Overview

We are looking for an experienced technical sales engineer, who through prior experience and acquired skills will help the sales team with reaching the revenue goal by providing quality pre-sales technical support and presentations focused on articulating value to the prospective buyer. Represent NetBeez as the product solution specialist and work to insure the best possible technical solution with the information provided. The areas of focus will include verticals such as System Integrators, Service Providers, Enterprise customers, and Channel Partners.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct Pre-Sales product demonstrations
  • Manage prospect requirements and provide technical assistance during the sales process
  • Provide trial orientations and walkthroughs focusing on NetBeez strengths and capabilities
  • Must be able to create and deliver PoCs, manage competitive Bakeoffs, prepare for and run initial and subsequent onsite presentations or host remote presentations
  • Work with Partners to assess and address client requirements during deployment of our products
  • Offer design and configuration best practices to customers and partners when deploying NetBeez products
  • Problem identification and resolution during deployment
  • Deliver product training to both customers and partners and support teams
  • Any other duties assigned


Qualifications

  • 3-5 year’s experience as a field/networking technician or System Administrator
  • Experience and knowledge of routing and switching is a must
  • TCP/IP, SNMP, net-flow, VoIP, network and security infrastructure
  • Desirable industry certifications: CCNA, JNCIA, CWNA or similar
  • Ability to effectively convey the product message and value proposition through technical demonstration and training engagements
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills required
  • Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing and implementation skills which allow the successful completion of a project by a specific due date concept
  • Network performance management, public/private cloud a plus
  • Thrive in dynamic fast-paced work environment with little or no supervision
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  • Potential to travel up to 10% of the time
